On The last July 18, 2009, the participants of international conference of ICMICA-PAX ROMANA comprise of 30 persons visited YPR. For 2 Days, The participants coming from various countries shall visit communities, institutions, Churches, Islamic Boarding School, including YPR.

The participants are welcomed by a board member of YPR, Eko Prawoto and other executing staffs, Tri Suhartini, Lilis, Irma and Vani. In the occasion, the participants informally and in fresh atmosphere, indulging the boiled bean and banana, while they listened to the explanation about the history and the activities of YPR by Tri Suhartini. The forum was followed by questions and dialogues about YPR.

The lead of the group, Mr. Joko, told the aim of their visit is to enrich the understanding of participants on the social and economic condition of Yogyakarta. YPR is chosen to visit because of its works are empowering the people capacity through activities closely related to the marginal urban people.

After they saturated with the information of YPR, They continued to visit STPN-HPS. The former visit is the School of Madrasah Mu’alimin Muhammadiyah. The following agenda after completing the exposure program, the participants will address the international seminar entitled Sustainable Human Development: What are our responses “The Democracy – The Religion” at Sanata Darma University, from July 20-21, 2009.
